Hi! My name is Ginger Olansen. I am a free lance US artist. I work in a variety of media's: watercolor, oils, charcoal, pastels, paint on linen, glass and ceramic tiles. I am a muralist, faux finish furniture, lecture, do live art demos and teach art publicly and privately. I also enjoy photography and the computer. I also create animations using Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop and many other graphic software. Part of my artwork is also commercial computer art, ads and logos as requested.

At the age of 4, my first oil painting was complete and I only wish I had it today! I believe it is important to learn and experiment with every media and technique available that one has time for! You will notice there is a wide variety in my work. I also try making each media look like another, once done well, it means I have mastered that media and ready to move on.

I am a well-known artist on the east coast from Connecticut down to Florida. I have been President of many art clubs throughout the years lecturing daily or weekly. For future shows please contact me.
